Heat Exchanger

Cooling fluid is measured and replenished in a reservoir that uses level detection. Water or another fluid is circulated through a chamber where evaporator coils remove the heat in laboratory, laser or industrial operations such as injection molding and printing, semiconductor production, and medical applications (MRI and CT scans).

The low cost of the C-Series sensors, with the stainless steel IP67 housing and MTS float allows users to replace discrete level detection (on/off) with a continuous level measurement. A continuous level measurement outputs the precise level and allows the calculation of usage rate, alarming, and predictive maintenance.
